Shanti Beatles

In February 1968, the Beatles travelled to Rishikesh, in northern India, to attend an advanced Transcendental Meditation training session at the ashram of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Amid widespread media attention, their visit was one of the band's most productive periods. Led by George Harrison's commitment, the Beatles' interest in the Maharishi changed Western attitudes about Indian spirituality and encouraged the study of Transcendental Meditation.

The Maharishi had arranged a simple lifestyle for his guests, which included stone cottages and vegetarian meals taken outdoors in a communal setting. The days were devoted to meditating and attending lectures by the Maharishi, who spoke from a flower-bedecked platform in an auditorium. The Maharishi also gave private lessons to the individual Beatles, nominally due to their late arrival. The tranquil environment provided by the Maharishi – complete with meditation, relaxation, and away from the media throng – helped the band to relax.

The colors & the clothes are just such an inspiration! We see it and we imagine good vibes, positivity, energy, smiles, again, lot's of energy to live life!

I can't stop being inspired after all these years by this four amazing men, John, Paul, George & Ringo.

Here you have some pics fo be and feel that inspiration, to be connected with The Beatles Ashram!

Lot's of luv,

Winter Is Here

Cold days & nights, keeping warm and feeling amazing, it's pretty much the big challenges of Winter Season.

We really need to protect from cold but we do want to feel great, too.

So, my advice?

Don't stay in bed! Get up every morning, jump out of the bed and dress up to shine on a cold winter day.

We are pretty amazing doesn't matter if is summer, spring, fall or winter - we are made of stars and we carry the fire inside us.

Don't stop doing lots of stuff this winter, to go to all the places you want, to party with your friends, to go out for a lovely dinner and night out, start a new project, embrace your career, and smile, smile, smile a lot!

We have fantastic clothes to wear and looks to try! We have stunning make up, jewelry, shoes, scarves, to wear & wear & invent how to put them all together in a great outfit!

So, keep that energy and go through the Winter Season, shinning right light a diamond!

Lot's of love,

Mind Over Matter

#takethechallenge

The Light Rises Up
& warm the Self,
moving it from the
Darkness,
from the
Emptiness
to the top of the
biggest Mountain,
the Sacred hill.

Be aware,
Listen the calling,
are you gonna survive?

Find yourself,
go beyond your eyes.

Travel with your soul.

We Can Do It !

#takethechallenge

Above the Ocean

Surrounded by the Wind,

Can you catch up
Those Feelings
So intense
That you feel deeply
Touched by the

She Is Sara Sampaio

Sara Sampaio, portuguese topmodel is now a Victoria's Secret Angel. She really deserves her wings because of her pure beauty and talent.

Since her start as a model for the brand Pantene, she always knew how to run a path that took her to bigger dreams and achievements. She's intelligent and beautiful, she's determined to her goals, she's nice and polite to her fans, she's dedicated to her work and very professional.

What else? It's our beautiful wing, Sara Sampaio! And Portugal feels proud of her :) Well done, Sara!

As Iam a big fan since the first times, I leave you here her link at Central Models and the link for her Instagram for you get know her work better!

Don't forget to see her video for the National Geographic’s Big Cats Initiative and her video for Victoria's Secret Train With

I really love this video because I really like Charlotte Tilbury Make Up and this collaboration couldn't be better, take a look!

the ultimate symbol | LBD

Ready for any occasion, the little black dress never goes out of fashion and will be your BFF for years to come.

It's the ultimate symbol, the little black dress, or the LBD, is a worthy wardrobe investment.

I can't live without my LBD and wear it in lots of occasions and in different ways and looks.

Have some LBD, some shorter, some longer, doesn't matter, they aren't enough!

It's history?

Well, a little black dress is a black evening or cocktail dress, cut simply and often quite short. Fashion historians ascribe the origins of the little black dress to the 1920s designs of Coco Chanel and Jean Patou intended to be long-lasting, versatile, affordable, accessible to the widest market possible and in a neutral colour. Its ubiquity is such that it is often simply referred to as the "LBD".

The "little black dress" is considered essential to a complete wardrobe by many women and fashion observers, who believe it a "rule of fashion" that every woman should own a simple, elegant black dress that can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion: for example, worn with a jacket and pumps for daytime business wear or with more ornate jewelry and accessories for evening. Because it is meant to be a staple of the wardrobe for a number of years, the style of the little black dress ideally should be as simple as possible: a short black dress that is too clearly part of a trend would not qualify because it would soon appear dated.
