we hope #fastandfurious will keep going, to honour a great character. r.i.p.

I'm out of speech with Paul Walker dead. Sometimes I realize how fragile life is. We really must take every moment of our present, because it can be the last one. And we should leave no regrets. Live, love, do something to help others. Tonight The World Shape pays a simple tribute to a good human being.

I will miss him at Fast and Furious.

Paul Walker described himself as an "outdoorsman, ocean addict, adrenaline junkie... and I do some acting on the side."

He was born on September 12th in 1973 and died last 30th of November 2013.

The fans will miss him. The people he helped through his organization, the Reach Out Worldwide will miss him.

As to me, I will miss because I was a fan of his work and i'm also a big fan of car races, specially street races. But I pay my tribute specially because he was a good soul and helped so many people, he was active on society, trying to improve someone's life.

The world needs people like this and every time we loose someone like this, is very sad.

O TEDxCoimbra 2013 foi um momento transcendente.

Tenho acompanhado o TEDxCoimbra ao longo destes anos e neste passado dia 19 de Outubro conclui o inevitável: cada ano é ainda mais brilhante que o anterior.

Conclui-se que o futuro não poderá ser nada mais do que fenomenal.

é uma constatação inevitável porque quando se conhece pessoas assim como eu tive a honra de conhecer, e que erguem o TEDxCoimbra de forma gigante, não seria de esperar outra coisa.

Criatividade, dedicação, muito trabalho e humildade são os ingredientes essenciais para se criar uma visão.

Durante o longo dia conheci mentes em expansão contínua, que buscam o seu próprio mundo, superando-se.

Ao longo dos minutos, das horas, observei. Observei imenso pois é assim que capto o mundo. Nos pormenores. Sim, sou uma aficionada pelos detalhes, acho que compõem a visão que vou absorvendo.

Sou uma pessoa de detalhes. E o dia 19 de Outubro de 2013 foi um dia imensamente rico em pormenores.

Ouvi opiniões, ouvi histórias de vida, ouvi o simples conversar, ouvi dos mais belos sons que já tinha ouvido ao vivo. Fantástico. Soberbo.

Não é dificil  fazer-se algo de soberbo, quando se faz com a alma.

E o TEDxCoimbra tem a alma grande.

Espero que a criatividade esteja já a fervilhar, a explodir.

Digo-te isto, Mundo, o próprio TEDxCoimbra será um compromisso com o Futuro.

E nós, todos juntos, somos o Futuro.

Como é impressionante o que acontece hoje na cidade chinesa de Harbin, onde foi ativado o alerta vermelho, pois as escolas fecharam, os voos foram suspensos, as auto-estradas foram encerradas e onde a visibilidade para quem transita nas ruas é muito reduzida. Esta cidade, no nordeste do país, registou nesta segunda-feira uma concentração de poluição no ar muitas vezes superior aos limites recomendados pela Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS).

O problema essencialmente é que a densidade das minúsculas partículas que existem no ar e causam o fenómeno do smog atingiu os 500 microgramas por metro cúbico, de acordo com a Xinhua, agência noticiosa estatal chinesa. Por outro lado, a agência Reuters noticiou que aquele valor chegou aos 1000 microgramas. De qualquer forma, é uma concentração muito acima dos 300 microgramas a partir dos quais a OMS considera haver perigo e dos 20 que são o limite diário recomendado.
Esta cidade possui cerca de 11 milhões de habitantes e é a capital da província de Heilongjiang, que se localiza no extremo nordeste da China.

As autoridades lançaram assim um alerta vermelho e esperam que o smog piore ao longo das próximas 24 horas, tanto em Harbin, como noutras cidades da região.

De acordo com a Xinhua, o problema foi causado pelo início do tempo frio, que levou a que os sistemas de aquecimento começassem a funcionar.

Importa assim, e cada vez mais, repensar os mecanismos que implementamos nas nossas cidades e controlar os indicadores de qualidade do ar, porque para além de ser urgente preservar o presente, não podemos esquecer que temos de sustentar um futuro.

Yes we still have the sun and the warm weather! That's something just fabulous to inspire us to be creative, to be innovative, to be original and try new clothes combination and new looks.

Feel inspired to sparkle into the days! 

So, I bring you here my choices to a great fashion day look, if you are all ready chilled because of the weather, ad a jacket just on your way.

The trashed jeans fits just fine with a high heels sandals and the always perfect black shirt. 

Put a big sunglasses and ad a hat if you want it (this summer I became a hat fan!) and walk on the streets and smile up.

Don't forget your make up, you can leave the black for the night but during the day you can try the shimming shadows and lipstick. Go for it. 

We love you summer.

And we like to try new looks & make surprise combinations of different styles.

Hola! Madrid

Hola!

This weekend I was at Madrid, besides the rain I travel to there and it was just amazing.

I loved the hotel, I loved the shops and walking around.

I want to return to Madrid and spend a lot of more time in there, specially in a sunny day to catch amazing inspiration!

But, yes, I came inspired to new ideas!

It was lovely :D

So, I share here with some pics of it. I was very tired went I arrived at Portugal, but I would do it again. I walked so many hours, I catched the rain, so many miles beetween Aveiro and Madrid to drive but so cool roads to a long journey. 

I didn't see Cristiano Ronaldo, but I saw a lot, a lot of people with the Real Madrid's Cristiano shirt on the streets, and that felt good. After all, it's a portuguese in Madrid, a great and big city by the way!

Inspiration Leads to Originality

Inspiration.

Those kind of things, words, sensations, smells, images that drives you through creativity.

I may say that inspiration lead to originality.

You get it, inspired, by the things that are an extend of your personality.

So, someone can get your temper by observing your choices of anything.

What about that?

I get inspired by a lot of stuff, since clothes, to colors, sounds, weather, hour of the day, day, night, so on, so on. I'm blessed to be such open mind about the World, about Life.

The pursuit for the inspiration to apply it on my own, is a every day path to walk.

This summer was really amazing.

One of the coolest thing that did happen was the appearence on Revista C, a very stylish magazin from Coimbra city.

So, Iam in the street style page of C!

Signed by MACC it has a fab sense of fashion right from the urban street wear, which I really like.

I'm a fan of street wear and so many times I get inspired by other people on the streets.

Street style is the perfect way to be creative, unique and inovate in the fashion world.

It's the best way to show your personality and way through clothes, shoes, accessories and whatever you want to invent and add to your look!

tal como o dia, a noite também acontece

Permanecemos inabaláveis na imensidão do nosso pensamento.

Queremos, desejamos, atuamos, alcançamos, umas vezes o sucesso, outras, o não-sucesso. E lidamos com as deceções como lidamos com os anseios e com as conquistas. Terrivelmente insatisfeitos, queremos mais ou melhor, quer teremos ganho ou não.

A sensação de ser completo dura por momentos para, logo de seguida, dar origem ao tipico sentimento de partir para a etapa seguinte.

Somos como somos e não mudamos a essência que está na génese humana há milhares de anos, assim, simplesmente, porque decidimos mudar.

Sou inconformista por natureza.

Mas aprendi a navegar pelo meio das adversidades do destino. Aprendi não apenas a sobreviver mas a evoluir.

Penso que quando apenas dedicamos a sobreviver, a evolução estagna e ao fim de algum tempo o retrocesso é invevitável.

É fundamental apercebermo-nos e evitarmos essa paragem. O arranque será muito dificil se a estagnação for longa, pois tornar-se-á profunda, apagando aquela energética inconformidade do ser humano.

É das caraterísticas que mais nos faz evoluir, o inconformismo; mas é também das que mais nos faz sofrer pois a constante insatisfação pode deturpar a realidade e não permitir aproveitar o momento presente na nossa vida.

Temos de ser positivamente inconformistas e viver em pleno o momento presente, seja ele de vitória ou de derrota.

Tal como o dia, a noite também acontece; tal como a noite, o dia também amanhece em cada aurora.

E a minha vida, eu faço-a de auroras.
